Christmas orders
CURRENT FREE LOCAL DELIVERY - Contactless delivery is currently available for our customers located in Newcastle and Lake Macquarie city council areas. 

CURRENT REGULAR & EXPRESS POST OPTIONS: Please note that we cannot guarantee  items will be delivered before Christmas if you choose Regular Post or Express Post. Express Post will be quicker than Regular Post, but 1-2 day delivery is not guaranteed. All our items are sent with tracking wherever possible, except our Earrings, Crowns and Eco Wands sent with our FREE postage option. Please choose our Express option if you need to track Earrings, Crowns or Eco Wands. 

Postage costs

FREE postage Australia wide for orders over $150. 

Flat rate postage of $10 Australia wide.

FREE postage currently offered on some items.

For customers who would like to receive their item quicker, we offer $15 express post (or $7.50 for Artisanal Crowns or Earrings).

Delivery

Items will typically be sent within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Items will be sent with tracking wherever possible, and in that case, we will email your tracking number to you. Artisanal Crowns and Earrings sent via our FREE postage option are sent untracked. Please choose express post if you need to track your Artisanal Crown or Earrings.

Regular mail option – Approximate delivery timeframes:

  • NSW, ACT: 3-4 business days
  • Vic, QLD, WA (Perth): 4-6 business days
  • NT (Darwin), Tas: 3-7 business days

Express post option – In most cases, a customer whose postal address is within the Australia Post express post network, will receive their items within 1-2 business days after it is posted.

Please Note: We do our best to get items to you as quickly as we can. Unfortunately however, after we have posted your item, we do not have any control over how or when your item is delivered or whether tracking is updated by the post offices. The timeframes we have noted are an estimate based on the information Australia Post provides on its website. We are unable to advise on Australia Post or international post office processes. But we will work with you to track down an item in the rare occurrence that it does not reach you as expected.
