Our Yasodhara Dress in Mindful Rhythms is both comfortable and cross-seasonal. Made from the smoothest organic cotton and hand block printed in our exclusive motif originally hand sketched by Buddhika, it is beautifully detailed with a mandarin collar, coconut shell buttons for style, sustainability and a reminder of all things tropical and has tab sleeves for year-round wear.

Motif + design: The Yasodhara Dress in Mindful Rhythms was designed as a celebration of respectful fusion between cultures and tradition versus pop culture. Headphones symbolise the unity and harmony that music brings around the world, the dress design is inspired by the tradition of the white Sri Lankan Sinhala national shirt (similar to our Traditional Shirt) and the motif was sketched pop culture style and reminds us of the 80s in Australia (we are born in the 80s kids!)

Fabric: Organically grown cotton, hand block printed, AZO free eco friendly dyes

Made:  In India under fair trade working conditions

Care: Gentle machine wash cold using mild detergent. Do not scrub. Line dry in shade.

* Please be aware that block printing does contain what some might consider ‘imperfections’. These are not faults, but sign of the human process by which the fabric was printed. We believe these slight differences give our items character and evidence the wonderfully human element present during their making.
