Osariya Dress in Peace White

Our sweet and delicate Osariya Dress is made from the smoothest, lightweight organic cotton and fully lined. This design was inspired by the traditional Sri Lankan way of draping a sari (known as ‘osariya’).

Design: Buddhika wanted to make a dress that held the same style and beauty as a sari, but was more fun and much easier for a child to wear. 🙂 Our first colourway for the Osariya Dress is Peace White; white being a symbolic colour for many cultures and, of course, being a colour often associated with peace.

Fabric: Organically grown cotton, organic certified dyes

Made:  In India under fair trade working conditions

Care: Gentle machine wash cold using mild detergent. Line dry in shade.
